Feb. 16th, 2006 02:34 amApparently the playlist buffer overflow in winamp is still in 5.13. So Do Not open .pls/.m3us at all. (Unless you made them yourself)
Do not use IE (at least if you have winamp installed and have IE set to open winamp automagically, which is does by default.)
There is a FrSIRT Advisory and a 0-day advisory
There isn't any public exploit code floating around yet, but there will be if this turns out to be real.
