It plays for me with sound under Xine, but I may have added a few proprietary dlls to my path. Here's a complete transcript:

Welcome to the cradle of western civilization. The birth place of democracy, modern day ethics, culture, home of mythical Greek gods, and host to the long-awaited 2004 Athen's Olympic games.

Please allow us to take you on a reality tour of a Greece very well hidden from the world's vision; a modern Greece which is but a dim memory and a sorrowful reminder of an ancient and glorious past. It is all too apparent that savage animal abuse and intentional neglect are the result of a civilization lost, a nation stripped of humanity and compassion. Fear, loneliness, starvation, beating, hanging, shooting, drowning, poisoning, death, extinction, are not just words, but living expressions of reality for the companioned and farmed animals of Greece.

In city shelters, the diseased and dying lied side-by-side in despair. The nameless dead, never remembered, are forever forgotten. Some of these poor victims as well as new-born puppies are cannibalized by the starving in a final battle for survival. Few humans, all to few humans, grieve.

Mass poisonings are the almost daily activities of an official and unofficial Greek state. Death comes slowly and is brutally agonizing. The Greek press relays the news of the deaths but indifference reigns. Officials stifle yawns and turn to other issues as outraged animal advocates demonstrate in protest. A nation continues to ridicle and intimidate an already dwindling marginalized animal rights community, the only members of society who care.

Laws are passed, following international pressure, but their implementation is ignored. Animal-related crimes are committed every day, and there is no prosecution, no punishment, and certainly no justice. Global protest is dismissed by annoyed officials. An event meant to unite the world in sportsmanship and commeradere has been the catalyst for slaughter.

A country countinues to rape her very own image by social irresponsibility and moral bankruptcy. Puppet press releases filled with empty words and broken promises for reform are but a smokescreen meant to mislead the public. The international animal welfare community's call for a united boycott of Greece will undoubtably impact an already comprimised economy. As the Olympic Games draw near, much is being questioned about Athen's readiness. Vital security against global terrorism and construction delays against the city's infrastructure are foremost concerns. The Greek government has blithely reassured the media and has turned its arrogant attention to putting their ancient city in the best possible light.

As Greece assumes center stage, let us not forget that athletes from around the world will exercise their prowess upon the bloodstains of the thousands of voiceless, vulnerable victims of greed and inhumanity. As the world lobbies for assurances that the 2004 Athen's Olympic Games will be a safe and successful pageant, the needless and barbaric slaughter continues. The world is perplexed and somewhat stunned by this country's resistence to compassion. Such a strenuous assault upon the innocent shall never, ever be forgotten, and shall surely be recorded for history.

Ladies and gentleman, welcome to the 2004 Athen's Olympic Games as greek animals race for their lives.
