Let us pause to celebrate the Wholesome And Patriotic Patriot Act and its provision for secret trials.

As for that new initiative.. erf. I'll have to try finding out more background, but prima facie, I don't agree that such a body has any place, within the DFS or otherwise. All private organisations eligible for funding must be treated equally on their merits. If within the context of, say, disaster relief, on the basis of how many people they can help, how quickly, how remotely, and so forth. (Medecins Sans Frontieres come to mind - they're virtually a real life Thunderbirds :)
